Huntingtonhills.us is a unique neighborhood site developed by Kim Olive, real estate agent with HerringRealtors.com. It is a prototype of many neighborhood sites being developed by Kim Olive.
This site is a work in progress and will change frequently. It contains updated information and items are noteworthy to both the property owners of Huntington Hills and prospective purchasers. Thus the site has two sides, the Public side of the site and the Neighbors Entry.
Contents of the Public Side of the site contains:
The neighborhood info and statistical data of the size of the neighborhood, number of homes, average size, etc. Also a complete demographic study is available for the neighborhood including items that we think you will find interesting.
Schools & Community Info link at the top of the page is a complete list of Public Schools that serve the area and Private Schools near the neighborhood. Also at Communtiy & Government Information is available for the Official Site for Lee County. Local Entertainment part of the site includes links to City Search, Phenix City, Columbus GA and Auburn Opelika. Utility information is also available for connecting, disconnecting and emergency numbers.
Properties for Sale page contains all the listings found in Phenix City MLS regardless of listing agent or agency or property type. This places all the listings in one pl;ace without having to search through different databases to find lots, homes and leases if any. This link is updated daily.
Solds Market Report page contains statistical data for all solds within the past six months. Hopefully you will find the colorful graphs and stats helpful in gaining insight to value range for the neighborhood. This link is updated monthly. Tax Info & Resources contain access to the Lee County Tax Records and other resources that we believe property owners will find of particular interest.
Mortgage Info Realizing that a major item of consideration is homeownership is of course financing, we wanted to bring you a local expert in lot loans, construction, permanent home loans and refinancing.
Request Info is an easy way to get in touch with the web administrator and developer of this site both for questions regarding the site and for all real estate questions. We are constantly looking for ways to improve teh site so your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The resident's only access portion of the site will remain accessible to property owner's only. Only the webmaster will have access to the information shared on the "residents only" side of the site. For an access code, please email kimolive@bellsouth.net
This is a secure access area where neighbors can share information openly with each other without the threat of the public being privy. We also invite neighbors to provide digital images and photos of the nieghborhood and residents to be displayed on the site either on the public side of the site or within the resident's only access.
